KRS-5 - transparent in wide spectral range from 0.6 microns (red, visible) to 50 microns (far IR).
Crystaltechno Ltd. manufactures optical blanks from fused silica, glass and different types of optical crystals, including KRS-5 (Thallium Bromide-Iodide).
Optical standard blanks can be further polished to usual windows, lenses and prisms or shaped to some special customers' design.
