The output radiation with the angular divergence close to the diffraction limit at pulse repetition rate from units up to 20 Hz is provided due to innovative design.
The laser output beam has the practically Gaussian distribution of the intensity at the beam cross-section.
Laser radiation is featured by the high coherence ratio when the width of his spectrum is limited only to duration of the output pulse and length of coherence corresponds to full duration of a pulse.
The output laser beam parameters allow the effective transformation of radiation to the high harmonics.
